libssh2-1.2.7-tgo.patch

This patch introduce following changes:

• Implements the "Force close" of a ssh2 stream without any timeout (libssh2_channel_free2).
• Implements the timeout for the wait() on the ssh sock to fix some hang in PHP extension
• Implements function to return sock fd to php code to allow casting

ssh2-0.11.2-tgo.patch

This patch introduce following changes:

• Implements the Force Close using the newly created libssh2_channel_free2 of libssh2
• Allow php code to use fclose($sshstream) which wasn't allowed previously to close a php ssh stream NOW.
• Allow casting of ssh stream descriptors

Please note that here, the code has been implemented as a "Quick Hack" and thus is not perfect and is certainly not intented to be.
