        This fix introduces a change in behavior regarding how time/date
        changes are handled. Previously any time/date change made other than
        by ILOM (by NTP or other method of setting the SP time that is not
        done through ILOM) would not affect the time/date of the host, even
        after a power cycle. But the change would be reflected in the
        time/date of the host after a full (including SP) power cycle, if that
        change was made since the last power-on of the host.
 
        With this change, all such time/date changes will now be reflected in
        the domain's time/date after a host power cycle regardless of how the
        change was made.
